Guests rate our top performance

The latest figures from BDRC Continental put the overall performance for the Manor House for the quarter ending in June at the top of 192 venues countrywide.

At the end of each conference or meeting, we are keen to learn whether the Manor House has lived up to customers' expectations. We do this in a number of ways and it would be easy for us to highlight all the good stuff we do and hide the bad. This is why we use Venue Verdict, an independent assessment tool produced by BDRC Continental, the UK's largest independent market research consultancy.

Each conference organiser is given the opportunity to comment on a  variety of attributes, anonymously if they wish, including staff helpfulness and friendliness, flexibility, quality of food and an overall rating produced. The ratings are published monthly and regional and national leagues are also produced.

We scored highly across all the attributes but are also particularly pleased that all our customers would recommend us to others and given the opportunity, will use the Manor House again.
