1. Provisional bookings will be held for a period of 10 working days after which the rooms will automatically be re-let. Bookings must be confirmed in writing within the 10 day period.

2. Cancellation Policy. If a confirmed booking is amended or cancelled entirely, or in part the following policy applies:

• +61 working days - No charge
• 11-60 working days - 30% of charges confirmed
• 6-10 working days - 50% of charges confirmed
• 5 or less working days - 100% of charges confirmed

For example; if a confirmed booking is made for a conference room for 25 delegates plus 25 bedrooms but 10 working days before the event, 10 bedrooms are cancelled, 50% of the confirrmed charge for the 10 cancelled bedrooms will be payable.
