What makes The Manor House so special?
The Manor House is a small and independently owned venue where the traditions of hospitality, comfort and friendliness are blended with first class facilities to produce a unique, professional business environment.
Being independent means that we can be flexible, pro-active and have a can-do attitude, so you know that we can do whatever it takes to make your conference a success.
We also recognise that our staff are key to the smooth running of your event. As a dedicated conference centre, our team specialises in looking after conference guests, giving individual attention and displaying customer care that is second to none.
Are you conveniently located?
The Manor House is situated just south of Guildford and only 2 miles from the A3. To the north, the M25 (junction 10) is only 12 miles away and there is also easy access to the M3 and M4 motorways. For those travelling by car it’s good to know we have ample car parking, free of charge, onsite.
There are two railway stations within a mile, which provide frequent and fast services to London Waterloo and Portsmouth, both 45 minutes away. The two major airports of London Heathrow and London Gatwick are within one hour's drive making The Manor House ideal for international groups.
Are your rates fixed?
Our delegate rates include many features that other venues impose additional charges for. Our pricing structure is based on a complete meetings package with no hidden costs. Apart from a dedicated environment the packages include, for example, syndicate room, tea and coffee on tap, free private dining as well as wireless broadband connectivity in all areas of the house.

Confidentiality is important to us. Can The Manor House be booked for exclusive use?
Yes. During weekdays The Manor House is available exclusively from £8,000 plus VAT. Special rates available at weekends.
