Howard Canning

He has been around hotels all his life and can just remember sitting in a big, hot kitchen in his grandmother’s hotel as a toddler. Since then, he has worked in large and small hotels, at all points of the compass. Howard prefers to work in small hotels, finding them friendlier and having a more relaxed atmosphere.

When not at work, Howard is a rugby fanatic, playing social rugby for his local team as well as coaching and managing a team of under 16’s. This is almost a second job and leaves only a little time for his other passions, cooking and baking bread.
