The Manor House is an independently owned and operated conference centre. At its heart are its customers; the conference customer, the conference delegate, local people and employees.

We don’t work with a huge book of rules, and others have often knotted the red tape that sometimes wraps us up. However, we always try to recognise customers as individuals, and listen carefully to what they want. The solutions we offer will be based on knowledge and experience, and can be as flexible as you need them to be.

We enjoy what we do and our service comes from the heart – warm, hospitable and genuinely friendly, professional without being stiff and starchy.

You are free to work the way you want to work, achieving results in your own time and in your own way. Our focused, well-trained team will support you from the start of your event to its conclusion.

The team will work together to ensure that your needs are met. If we make a mistake, we will correct it quickly and without fuss.

We will always provide a welcoming, safe environment for customers during their stay.
