Our commitment

The Manor House is committed to developing both its presence in the market place and profitability. At the same time, we recognise that our business impacts on the environment, and so adopt policies and practices that places consideration for the environment alongside everyday working practices.

Our environmental objective is to reduce our environmental impacts, through, for example:

• re-using, recycling and using recycled materials where possible.
• sourcing environmentally aware suppliers.
• the implementation of measures to increase staff awareness of and participation in environmental practices.
• the regular measurement and benchmarking of our environmental performance, and making public the results.
• sourcing food and drink from local suppliers and producers.
