the community and charities

Our commitment

The Manor House is committed to developing both its presence in the market place and profitability. At the same time, we recognise that our business impacts on the community, and so adopt policies and practices that places consideration for all stakeholders alongside everyday working practices such as;

  • Offering reduced rates to charities and host events when ever possible.
  • Working in partnership with local suppliers.
  • Working in partnership with local artists.
  • Accepting work placements from local schools and colleges.

Help us help him become a guide dog
Each year we choose a charity close to our hearts. This year we are supporting Guide Dogs for the Blind Association. Help us name and sponsor a puppy and make a world of difference to a vision impaired person.
This puppy will shortly begin his specialised training as a Guide Dog. He has been bred for his intelligence and temperament. When he has qualified, he will be paired with his owner, and an extraordinary partnership will begin.
It costs £10 a day to breed, train and support each guide dog and the charity relies almost entirely on voluntary donations to support its work.
