Lisa Johnson
Lisa is the Food and Beverage Manager at the Manor House and is responsible for the food and bar service teams.
Running the restaurant and bar, Lisa is passionate about ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience and prides herself on offering an innovative wine list.
Beginning her hospitality career aged just fifteen, Lisa gained much experience at an outside catering company which specialized in major events. She also spent time in London running the conference, banqueting and private dining operations of a number of exclusive members’ clubs before joining our team in 2005.
When not busy at the Manor House, Lisa spends time with her family and can be found on the golf green or catering for her husband’s racing team.
