Although primarily a conference venue, we are also able to offer a high standard of hotel accommodation for leisure guests coming to the Guildford area.
In particular, we work with local wedding venues including Loseley Park, Ramster, Clock Barn Hall and Gate Street Barn to provide guest accommodation for wedding parties on weekends throughout the year.
Quiet, spacious and with a comfortable bed, the hotel rooms are the ideal place for guests to ready themselves for the big event or in which to relax after the festivities have concluded.
For a small extra charge, we offer a luxury package which includes a luxury room, bathrobe and slippers, upgraded toiletries, a cafetière of fresh coffee, a quarter of a bottle of wine and a choice of newspaper.
For parties arriving the night before a wedding, we can arrange a group evening meal to start the celebrations in style. Or you might want to share stories of the special day over a big Sunday lunch before you all set off home. Smiths bar & lounge can be open late on request to allow your guests to share a night cap on their return.
And if you want to make a weekend of it, we can recommend local attractions and book golf or other leisure activities on your behalf.
