As a small, independently owned conference centre and hotel we try to do things differently from our larger, corporate colleagues.
Our philosophy is that you can still be professional without being stiff and starchy. All customers deserve to be treated as individuals and that we should be flexible to help them achieve their goals and objectives-even if that means tearing up our rule book!
