Nick Jeffels

Nick is responsible for the various menus we offer and the creation of bespoke menus for clients who have particular requirements.  

As a boy, Nick loved going into the kitchen where his father worked as a chef and found himself fascinated by the excitement of the place; the heat, the noise, the hard work, but most of all, the food.

Nick firmly believes in using good local produce and is proud of the relationships he has with suppliers and producers in the area. When it comes to cooking, he believes that food should speak for itself and if using great produce, it should be shown some love and the flavours left to speak for themselves.

In his leisure time, Nick is a keen digital photographer and runner. He also raises money for charity and has completed a bungee jump and the London to Brighton cycle for good causes.
