Jackie Bulmer
Sales and Marketing Manager
Jackie manages and co-ordinates the sales and marketing activity at the Manor House, including diary management and telesales.
Having trained in Hotel Management in her native South Africa, Jackie decided to see the world, travelled to the UK and has been here ever since. She began at the Manor House as a receptionist, but quickly moved to the sales department, rising up the ladder and leaving as Sales Manager eight years later. After a six month break travelling in the US, Canada and Alaska and some time outside the industry, Jackie returned to the Manor House to take up her current role.
Outside work, Jackie plays GA for a local netball team, as well as golf and tennis. She loves baking and creating delicious treats for friends and family. She also enjoys reading and goes to the cinema at least once a week.

Hayley Giles
Diary Manager
Hayley's job is to work with conference bookers and guests to ensure that their event goes according to plan.
She began working at the Manor House as a Conference Co–ordinator and was later promoted to the position of Diary Manager. Prior to this, she was a student at Bournemouth University, where she studied Hospitality Management. During this time she embarked on a year’s management placement and was so successful there that they offered her a job on graduation.
Hayley likes to spend her free time with her young daughter.

Kim Sewell
Conference
Kim deals with conference enquiries and all the booking details right up until the event takes place.
Kim has had many jobs over the years, including Beauty Consultant and Teaching Assistant, jobs which helped her fit around a busy family life and bringing up her children. After a time as a Housekeeper, Kim arrived at the Manor House as a Waitress. When her current role was advertised, Kim applied successfully and has since helped with the organisation of hundreds of conferences and weddings.
Away from work, Kim supports her children's sporting activities, cheering on two footballing sons and acting as an unpaid chauffeur for away matches.
